Karl Whittle has been selected as the HR Transformation Portfolio Manager and Project Coach for a major global retail organisation who are embarking on a period of significant growth throughout Europe. Karl will be working with key stakeholder's within the HR community and wider business to ´pull together´ and manage a holistic view of all strategic and tactical HR programme and project activity being undertaken is support of the organisations growth. Karl will be accountable for ensuring this holistic picture is kept up to date, and that risks, issues and dependencies are managed and mitigated. He will also ensure that key stakeholder's receive the guidance and expertise required to perform their roles as individuals who are accountable for project or change delivery.

Karl Whittle successfully delivers a HR Transformation programme for a west London authority. The programme included the restructuring of HR within the authority, in that departmental HR was remodeled into one transactional shared service (incorporating HR, Payroll, Accounts and Recruitment) with HR Advisors supporting HR Business Partners in each directorate, upgrading the HR technology to support the restructuring and migrating all weekly and fortnightly payrolls to monthly payrolls.

Karl Whittle from trisight is selected to managed a major HR Transformation programme for a leading local authority in west London. Karl commented, "This HR Transformation programme will see the establishment of a shared service function moving the authority from a departmental structure to a customer focused model, in parallel to refreshing the authorities HR technology platform. The investment in this programme will provide the platform for this authority to reduce HR operational cost whilst radically enhancing the HR services to all directorates."

Preparing for growth.... trisight have been selected to work with a leading near-shore software development company, based in the south-east of England, to conduct a review of the business and make recommendations for advancing the operations of the business and preparing for business expansion.
HR Supermarket.... trisight have been commissioned by a new online HR business to develop the marketing strategy to launch a new pay on demand service. HR Supermarket will provide employers the opportunity to purchase HR policies and procedures.
